I’m Gaynor, I live in Cheshire with my husband, our two daughters and our dog Coco, who truly inspire me everyday.

My background 

I have been supporting individuals and couples in their healing journey for over 10 years. With over 10 years experience as a Clinical Reflexolgist, specialising in fertility, stress & anxiety, I've developed a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, and how we can regulate the nervous system by addressing both our physical and emotional well-being.

Integrating my holistic experience into my therapy practice, helping individuals discover and utilise their own strength to overcome challenges and make positive life changes, through a person-centred & solution focused approach. Focusing on the individual's needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all solution.

My commitment to empowering my clients growth, well-being and healing led me to train in the Freedom Fertility Formula™ providing psychological and emotional healing support, to my clients feeling debilitated and overwhelmed trying to conceive.

I then went on to train in Root-cause therapy with The Centre for Healing, a trauma-healing modality. Helping others to heal their nervous system, decreasing symptoms of anxiety, overwhelm, & depression, to improve their emotional well-being.

Part of my training involved working on my own stuff, a healing journey of learning and awareness, which I’m still very much committed to continuing. Meeting myself and others with compassion and understanding of the damaging imprints trauma, unmet needs physical and emotional, can have on our psyche and physiology.

I am currently working towards my *Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapy Diploma, with the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT), the Gold Standard in Solution Focused, and I am a student member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH).

*Offering sessions at a reduced fee until I graduate in June.

My background and commitment to ongoing education have equipped me with a comprehensive skill set to support individuals in their journey toward mental health and well-being.
